Fresh n Raw Tomato Soup

  • Blend organic tomatoes (preferably home-grown)
  • Add half an organic apple
  • A tablespoon of organic sundried tomatoes
  • A squirt of lemon
  • Add salt and pepper and fresh basil and serve with organic sourdough bread. It doesn’t get simpler!

Sweet Potator Soup

1 sweet potato (peeled and chopped)

1/2 avocado

2 cups of fresh carrot juice

pinch himalyan salt

dash lemon juice

1/2 mixed spices (nutmeg, ginger, connamon)

Blend together till smooth, serve either hot or raw

Raw Mushroom Mini ‘pizza’ delight 

2 large potobello mushroom

tamari sauce

1 teaspoon tahini

2 small strips avocado

1/4 cherry tomato

Fresh herbs

Remove the stalks and marinade the mushrooms in the tamari sauce for an hour or so. Add thaini, avocado, tomato and herbs.  Yum!  Of course you can ‘dress’ your mushrooms however you like!

Raw superfood salad

10 radishes, thinly sliced

25g arame (seaweed ) soaked

1 avocado cubed

couple of tablespoons sundried tomatoes, cut into thin strips

1 small courgette sliced into ribbons with  a veg peeler or spiraliser

2 handful alfalfa sprouts

100g baby leaves such as baby spinach


1 large tomato

1 clove garlic

1/4 cup water

1/4 cup oiive oil

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons fresh basil

sprinkle sea salt and black pepper

Mix all the dressing ingredients together in a blender and toss the veg,sprouts and  seaweed and leaves with the dressing

Obviously you can create amazing salads using any raw veg and salad ingredients, the fun lies in creating interesting dressings!
