As part of the non toxic breast cancer awareness month at the Hello Beautiful Foundation I’m hosting an event and my special guest is Clare Pooley, author of The Sober Diaries. This was the book that kickstarted it all for me, I was asked to read it before interviewing Clare on BBC Radio 2. Because it inspired I went kicking and screaming into Dry January and surprised myself by never drinking again.
