Ginger Zingers
Ginger is antibacterial and great for the digestive system Lemon is great for immunity of course.
Fresh Ginger Shot
Juice (or blend) one large chunk of fresh ginger (4-5 cm)
Half an apple (skin on)
Half a lemon (roughly peeled)
A pinch of Cayenne pepper
Hardcore?
Juice just the ginger (whooah!!) but if so have a freshly squeezed orange juice ‘chaser’ ready.
Feel a cold coming on? This is incredibly antibacterial and immune boosting; you can increase the ingredients, add some lemon and simmer gently on the hob. Drink warm.
