I can hardly believe it. I set up the Sober Club to bring together the sober and sober curious who wanted to start living their best life without the booze. There is a big focus on selfcare, well-being, spirituality and we are cheerleaders for each other.
We have an online course Get the Buzz without the Booze, and a huge library of exclusive wellbeing content, from nutrition, through emotional wellbeing, meditations, fitness, creativity and of course solid advice for quitting alcohol with some great experts.
Thank you to everyone who has joined and stayed with us – lots of members have completely transformed their lives – they’re now focused on wellbeing, joy and being free from the alcohol trap.
