How is this for a cool Sea Arch mocktail recipe using Rhubarb (delicious right now) and its so easy to make your own beautiful pink juice

☀️50ml Sea Arch Coastal Juniper☀️150ml homemade Rhubarb juice☀️half a tsp cardamon syrup☀️Serve chilled over ice☀️Garnish with rhubarb ribbons (you can use a potato peeler to create thin strips) ☀️Add a splash of soda if desired.
.Cut the stalks into chunks. cover with water, bring to the boil and simmer for about 10 mins.Pass through a fine sieve or cloth.
