Changing the Chat – Sober Guys Talking
This one is for the men! We realise that in The Sober Club there are not many men who contribute regularly, and we would love to encourage more men to get chatting about the booze! This informal session which is open to all, will be led by our Sober Coaches:
Tony Worsdall, Andrew Blackman, Paul Briley, Rana Khinda Jon Pirouet
It will be an opportunity for men to view alcohol in a different way, share their stories, or ask any questions in a safe non judgemental environment. If you can think of any guys who might benefit let them know. Its fine if you are sober curious, or have already started on your sober journey, or if you have a guy in your life and you’d like to listen in!

The session will be introduced by Janey Lee Grace as the founder of The Sober Club, then its over to the guys who will share their stories and the problems they may have encountered. Networking in the workplace, social gatherings, how to feel at ease in the pub, what else to drink, are all topics that may arise, and you will be welcome to participate or if you prefer, just listen in, there won’t be a requirement to introduce yourself if you’d rather not
You do not have to be a Sober Club member to join this meeting, but do check it out! The support is invaluable
